The Cottages at Port Stanton

The Cottages at Port Stanton has 18 stand-alone cottages; 10 three-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom units.  On this lakeside property you will enjoy an outdoor heated pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball hoop, shuffleboard court, fire pit, Sunset Lounge with outdoor hot tub, sandy beach, docking and playground. There are ample picnic tables and lawn furniture available.


The Cottages II at Port Stanton has 2 three-bedroom stand-alone cottages and one semi-detached building with 2 three-bedroom units - total of 4 cottage units.  On site, enjoy the lakeside outdoor heated pool, sandy beach, docking, kayak, canoe, horseshoe pits, fire pit, picnic tables and lawn furniture. 

The Oak Cottage

Three Bedroom Semi Detached Cottage 1,826 sq. ft.

Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

These three bedroom semi-detached cottages are designed with comfort, living space, accessibility and lake views in mind. This custom design features two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs to ensure accessibility.

The main floor bathroom is universally accessible with full handicap and wheelchair access. The upper master suite hosts a king size bed and an over-sized soaker tub and shower, a second gas fireplace and walk-out balcony facing beautiful Sparrow Lake.

The third bedroom, also located on the upper floor, offers convenience with two double beds.

You'll love entertaining your guests in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric appliances, dish ware and utensils.  After a day of outdoor fun relax by the gas fireplace in the living room.

Birch Cottage

Three Bedroom Semi Detached Cottage 1,826 sq. ft.

Three Bedroom fully detached Cottage with 1,594 sq. ft.

Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

These spacious, custom-designed three bedroom cottages offer amazing features with a beautiful view of Lake Sparrow and include:
